CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES I understand that sometimes schedules change, and therefore, request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours, or for which clients are a “no show” for, will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. This 50% charge will automatically be charged to your card on file and is required to be paid if you wish to be scheduled on my books again. GROUP BOOKINGS Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours. For each guest that fails to show without required notice, a charge of 50% of the service amount will be charged to the card on file and is required to be paid if client wishes to re-book. LATENESS If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15-20 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no show” and your card on file will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. HONORING POLICY I value your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies I hold to my clients. Should I need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or any other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice, I will offer 50% off your next identical service and do all I can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. GRACE APPOINTMENT I understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 48 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Salon members are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no shows. DISCLAIMER This contract will be sent to you upon booking.
